Rental Guarantee Campaign - The purchaser is offered 3 years guaranteed rental on the apartment. The rental income is deducted from the amount due on the completion of the purchase process at the end of the 3 years. The client pays 40% of the apartment price when purchasing the apartment. Included is a furniture package for FREE and coverage of community fees, taxes, alarm connection and insurance during the 3 years the apartment is rented out. Water and electricity bills are also paid for during the months the apartment is rented out.
