Town house built on three floors in the centre of Pollensa. The house needs some modernization but is in good condition. On the ground floor are a separate living room, dining room and a small kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to a patio with an outdoor bathroom and utility area, and a small sun terrace on an upper level. On the first floor are two good sized bedrooms and a bathroom and on the second floor is an attic which could be converted into two more bedrooms. There is also access to a further terrace with pretty views of the mountains and the village.
